In partnership with an LGBTQ+ workplace inclusivity expert, this three-season interactive training series empowers organizations to build inclusive, equitable, and affirming environments for LGBTQ+ employees. The experience blends scenario-based learning, policy development, and reflection tools to drive real change in recruiting, retention, and internal culture.

Fraud Prevention
This interactive training was developed in partnership with CWB’s fraud prevention experts to reduce revenue loss due to fraudulent identification and documentation. Using real-world examples, learners were challenged to recognize fraud patterns and apply decision-making skills in high-stakes scenarios.
